Students and Early Career Scholars who are taking part to the joint CESH/ISHPES Congress 2021 in Lisbon are invited to participate in a seminar on “Sport History and Social Sciences: exploiting a fruitful relationship,” with Dr. Nuno Domingos, Portuguese anthropologist.
The event will be held in a mixed mode (online and in-person) at the Institute of Contemporary History (IHC) — NOVA School of Social Sciences and Humanities, on 13 September 2021. Participants are encouraged to share their (interdisciplinary) research experiences, their ideas, their doubts and their perspectives on the topic, within a highly mutual and participative event. The seminar aims to foster a fertile trans-disciplinary dialogue within sport studies, among scholars of the next generation.
The event is free, so please sign-up in order to participate, and specify if you will join online or in presence (limited seats!), with an email to the organisers:
