PRIX DU JEUNE CHERCHEUR
Prix du jeune chercheur 
Le CESH encourage la participation des jeunes chercheurs et décerne tous les ans depuis sa création, en 1996, des Prix aux jeunes chercheurs pour les meilleurs articles qui lui sont soumis.
Pour y participer, les jeunes chercheurs doivent envoyer un article écrit dans une langue européenne, sans excéder les 6.000 mots, en traitant un sujet de l'histoire du sport en relation avec les matières proposées dans le congrès. Il doit être basé sur des sources originelles, ne pas avoir déjà fait l’objet d’une publication et se conformer scrupuleusement aux directives du CESH pour la publication. Les candidats doivent être âgés de moins de 35 ans au moment du Congrès, ne pas avoir déjà été lauréats d’une récompense décernée par le CESH, assister au Congrès et y présenter leur article en étant membre du CESH.
Des bourses de 250 € seront attribuées aux gagnants et le premier prix sera publié dans le European Studies in Sports History, la revue scientifique du CESH.
